Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sportika, we are committed to providing a great live sports and entertainment streaming experience. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Subscriptions
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from My Account → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.
  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. Cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
  • Free trials: No charge is made during the trial period. Cancelling before the trial ends will prevent any charge.
2. Service Disruptions
  • In the event of a significant service outage during a live event, affected users may be eligible for a pro-rated credit.
  • Playback issues caused by your device, internet connection, or browser are not eligible for refunds.
  • To be eligible for a service credit, report the issue within 48 hours at support@sportika.net.
3. Billing Disputes
  • If you notice an unexpected charge, contact our billing team at billing@sportika.net before initiating a chargeback.
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your Sportika account.
  • We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 5 business days.
4. How to Request a Refund or Credit
  1. Email billing@sportika.net with the subject: Refund Request – [Your Account Email].
  2. Include your order or transaction reference number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
