Data Deletion Request
Under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and similar regulations), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Sportika. Please read the information below before submitting a request.
What data will be deleted?
- Your account profile (name, email address, profile photo)
- Watch history, favourites, and watchlist
- Device and session data linked to your account
- Subscription and payment records (in line with legal retention obligations)
What data is retained?
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
- Anonymised usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Before you submit a request
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose access to your account, subscription, and any purchased PPV content.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first from My Account → Subscription → Cancel Plan to avoid future charges.
- Refunds are not issued as a result of account deletion. See our Refund Policy for details.
How to submit a deletion request
- Send an email to privacy@sportika.net with the subject line: Data Deletion Request – [Your Account Email].
- Include the email address associated with your Sportika account so we can verify your identity.
- We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
