Account & Login
  • How do I create an account? — Click Sign Up on the homepage, enter your email and a password, and verify your address with the confirmation link we send you.
  • I forgot my password. — Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A reset link will be emailed to you within a few minutes.
  • How do I change my email or password? — Go to My Account → Settings to update your credentials at any time.
  • How do I delete my account? — Visit our Data Deletion Request page or email support@sportika.net.
Streaming & Playback
  • Which devices can I stream on? — Sportika works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), Android and iOS mobile devices, and smart TVs via the Sportika app.
  • The stream is buffering or pixelated. — Check your internet connection — we recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Try pausing for a few seconds, refreshing the page, or switching to a lower quality option.
  • A channel shows an error. — Some streams go offline between events. Use the Report Issue button on the watch page and our team will investigate.
  • The player doesn't start. — Make sure JavaScript and cookies are enabled in your browser and that no ad-blocker is blocking player scripts.
Subscription & Plans
  • What does a subscription include? — Paid plans include ad-free HD or 4K streaming, PPV event access, offline downloads in the mobile app, and support for multiple simultaneous devices and profiles. Free users get SD streams with ads.
  • How many devices can I use at the same time? — Basic plans allow 1 device at a time; Premium plans allow up to 5 devices simultaneously.
  • How do I upgrade or change my plan? — Go to My Account → Subscription, select your preferred plan, and follow the payment steps.
  • How do I cancel my subscription? — Visit My Account → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Downloads (Mobile App)
  • Downloads are available exclusively on the Sportika Android and iOS apps on paid plans.
  • Downloaded content is available for 48 hours and cannot be transferred to other devices.
  • Live channels cannot be downloaded; only on-demand content (recorded matches, highlights) is eligible.
Billing & Payments
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and mobile money. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
  • You will receive an email receipt after every successful payment.
  • For billing disputes, email billing@sportika.net with your order reference.
