Risa Shimizu (清水 理沙, Shimizu Risa, born September 9, 1988) is a Japanese actress and voice actress (seiyuu) from Kanagawa Prefecture who is affiliated with Aksent. She graduated from Kunitachi College of Music, Department of Performance, majoring in vocal music. Her hobby is watching kabuki. Her special skills are piano, percussion, singing, dancing, and nagauta shamisen.

She has been involved in the entertainment industry since she was an infant. At the age of 4, she joined the Himawari theater company.
